501(c)(3) NON-PROFIT CORPORATION

Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation registered in the state of South Carolina. It is legally bound by the rules as outlined in our corporate by-laws.

 

MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

Organizational members include musicians who regularly rehearse and perform with the symphony and the persons elected to fill the corporate offices and director positions on the board.

 

BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CORPORATE OFFICERS

Organizational bylaws provide that Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra’s board of directors is to have nine to eleven directors, including the four corporate officers and conductors.
